The headjoints are being made of cocobolo-, grenadil-, or buxus wood. All pieces are handmade, and can be attached to all kind of wooden, or metal flutes.

The tenon and the rings are made of silver, nickel silver, bronze.

The diameter of the tenon can differ from type to type, in case of an order it needs to be measured.

The wooden headjoint results in a warmer, softer sound than the metal headjoint.

If you are already in a possession of good quality, but average level instrument, and don't want to spend a fortune on a new silver, or not to mention a golden flute, it is worth to give a try a wooden headjoint.
